The shareholders and board of directors of Innoject have approved a resolution to change the name of the company to Pharma-Pen. The name Pharma-Pen more clearly conveys the company's future strategic focus. It will continue to develop and market easy-to-use devices to improve the quality of life of patients that require injection therapy.
