Fresenius Medical Care Acquires Haemotec

Fresenius Medical Care, a provider of dialysis products and services, announced that the products and hospital group (PHG) of its subsidiary Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA), headquartered in Lexington, Mass., acquired Haemotec, a Quebec, Canada-based manufacturer of hemodialysis concentrates.
