Uroplasty Raises $7.5 Million in Private Placement

Uroplasty, a medical device company that develops, manufactures and markets a family of minimally invasive products used to treat urinary and fecal voiding dysfunctions, announced that it has closed a financing transaction principally with institutional investors generating gross proceeds to Uroplasty of $7.5 million.
