Spring Hill Invests in US$270 Million Joint Venture

SpringHill Bioventures Sdn Bhd (SHB), in which Khazanah Nasional Bhd is an investor, has forged an alliance with India's listed Glenmark Laboratories Ltd to form a US$270 million (US$1 = RM3.80) fully-integrated pharmaceutical company. The combined entity will have the capacity to churn out 250 million tablets per month and other pharmaceutical products and generate an annual revenue of more than US$50 million.
