Inverness, Quidel Announce Settlement of Litigation

Inverness Medical Innovations, a manufacturer and marketer of rapid diagnostic products for the consumer and professional markets, and Quidel, a provider of point-of-care rapid diagnostic tests, announced they have entered into a settlement agreement terminating all domestic and international intellectual property litigation between them.
