Bio-Rad Announces Commencement of Exchange Offer

Bio-Rad Laboratories announced that it has commenced a registered exchange offer to exchange up to $200 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.125 percent senior subordinated notes due 2014 which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended for any and all of its outstanding 6.125 percent senior subordinated notes due 2014 which were issued in a private placement.
