Small Bone Innovations (SBI), a Viscogliosi Bros (VB) portfolio company, expanded its product line of orthopedic devices with VB's acquisition of Fixano, Bourg-en-Bresse, France, an international developer and manufacturer of orthopedic devices. Terms were not disclosed.
