GSK Presses for Removal of Controversial Judge

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), the British pharmaceutical concern, has submitted a complaint to the European Human Rights Tribunal in Strasbourg and the Constitutional Tribunal in Poland, connected with the import of medicines. The concern has appealed against the verdict of the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) that refused to remove judge Ewa-Wrzesinska-Józków from ruling in GSK cases.
