ICHIJIKU PHARMACEUTICAL TO BECOME WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF OKAMOTO IN OCTOBER

Okamoto announced on July 13 that the company has decided to transform Ichijiku Pharmaceutical into its wholly owned subsidiary through a share exchange as of October 1. In conjunction to this resolution, the two companies signed a share exchange contract on the same day. Through the move, Okamoto aims to increase its corporate value.
