INDIA'S LUPIN EYES ACQUISITION OF COMPANIES, BRANDS IN US

Leading pharmaceutical company Lupin Ltd (BSE:500257) said it was looking at acquiring companies and brands in a bid to strengthen its paediatric business in the US market. "In keeping with our growth plans, we would look for opportunities in our chosen areas of business, which includes branded products in the US," Lupin Ltd managing director Kamal K Sharma said Wednesday.
