Reacting to news item brought out in some section of media, under the title, "JB Chem to buy Russian firm", JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd said on Thursday that, this news report is baseless and incorrect. The said news it only a rumour as the Company does not have any acquisition plans in Russia for now. The Company said that, as a matter of policy, it has always endeavored to ensure high quality of Corporate Disclosures and compliance to safeguard the interest of Investors as well as Corporates, which is clearly evident from the elaborate information / details given in annual reports and zero compliant status maintained by the Company for a long time.
