NextNine Deploys Allscripts' Service Platform

NextNine, provider of automated, remote service and support solutions, just announced the successful deployment of Allscripts’ new proactive service platform, SupportOne, which is based on NextNine Service Automation (NSA) software.

Allscripts, a provider of clinical software, connectivity and information solutions used by physicians, is utilizing NSA for proactive technical support of its Clinical Solutions, Physicians Interactive and Medication Services offerings.

“This gives us a solid audit trail and edata security capability” that contributes to 21 CFR Part 11 and Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act compliance efforts, Allscripts Senior Vice President John Nebergall told PIR. NextNine helps provide “permission-based changes” that are important to attaining the edata control environment required by both, he added.

Platinum-level Allscripts clients, as well as those upgrading to the latest version of its clinical software, have NextNine’s support automation software integrated into their respective support mechanisms.
