LUNDBECK, FOREST LABORATORIES FILE LAWSUIT AGAINST CARACO

Danish pharmaceutical company H. Lundbeck A/S (LUN.KO) Tuesday said that it has, together with Forest Laboratories, Inc. (FRX) and Forest Laboratories Holdings Ltd. filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan against Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Ltd. (CPD) for infringement of U.S. patent law which relates to Forest's Lexapro product.
