Horizon to Start Trial of NSAID (Pharma Gazette)
In her blog, Glora Gamat reports that Horizon Therapeutics has received an FDA special protocol assessment (SPA) for its non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for pain releif. "An SPA agreement means that if the trial data turned positive and successful, the data generated can be used to support the company's efficacy claim in its marketing application."
